ICARe EU-Canada Workshop #1, London, UK

The first ICARe EU-Canada Workshop took place at the Canada House in London, UK on the 18th of July 2018.  The general goal of this workshop is to identify partnership opportunities between European and Canadian R&D leaders towards future Framework Programs in Europe, and to discuss forthcoming calls in 2019-2020 (“Future propulsion and integration: towards a hybrid/electric aircraft” etc.).

In total 80 people participated to the workshop, representing all the aviation stakeholders and policy makers of both EU and Canada. The discussions were focused on exploring the opportunities to collaborate on technologies for future aerospace applications.
